Luxury and ethical clothing retailer Rêve En Vert turn to Boodle Hatfield

Luxury and ethical fashion retailer Rêve En Vert has turned to Boodle Hatfield for advice and support as its business continues to grow and expand.

Established in 2003 by Cora Hilts, Rêve En Vert is an online retail platform that offers ethical fashion and accessories from some of the world’s most talented independent designers. Its ethos is to offer carefully curated collections that celebrate the very best of design aesthetic and longevity with high social and environmental standards.

Law firm Boodle Hatfield has advised Rêve En Vert directors on a review of its shareholder agreements and articles of association, reviewing its current debt facilities and guiding the business on further private equity investment.

The Boodle Hatfield team was led by corporate partner Jane Ireland and associate Charlotte Fyffe.
