Knowing their strategy and skill set helps us focus on the essentials. We combine rigorous due diligence with our knowledge of what is most important to our clients. With large-scale development projects, timing and co-ordination with the client team is key, and we are well used to working alongside accountants, surveyors, project managers and other lawyers, to project manage the delivery of the legal aspects, and ensure the client achieves the desired exit strategy.

We advise on blue-chip office, retail, residential and, increasingly, mixed-use developments and investments in Central London and elsewhere. This is a core element of our expertise, but we regularly act across a whole host of diverse sectors, including industrial and logistics, the promotion of greenfield sites for residential development, student accommodation and data centres. We work with our tax and corporate teams on joint ventures and other co-investment structures, to ensure assets are acquired tax efficiently and with a view to long-term liquidity.
