Andrew’s practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate, but with a particular emphasis on development and investment projects for family offices, landed estates, and other private capital entities.

He has extensive experience of advising landowners on the development of strategic land, and UK and overseas entities on investment and development projects within Central London.

He manages the investment portfolios of several family-owned property companies and regularly acts for both borrowers and lenders on the real estate aspects of property finance transactions.

Advising a multi-family office investor on the purchase and funding of a substantial office tower in Docklands with residential development potential, and implementing a vacant possession strategy

Ongoing advice on the Harcourt House project, a  substantial mixed-use luxury residential and medical development in Marylebone. The building was acquired in 2013 and to date Andrew and his team have acted on the acquisition, the acquisition and development funding, all construction matters, the ongoing sale of the apartments, and the prelet of the medical space to The Royal Marsden Hospital

Advising a single family office on a promotion and master development agreement with a well-known developer in relation to a site in the East of England with a potential for development as a new settlement of up to 5000 homes.

Advising an overseas private investor on the purchase funding and development of a mixed use hotel and residential site in Camden

Advising a number of private investors on the ongoing management of their portfolios within prime West End and City Fringe locations

Advising a private investor on the purchase and asset management of an industrial park in Peterborough
