Sam is an associate in the residential property team and assists his clients with a range of residential property matters including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold land, transfers of equity and remortgages.

Sam has valuable experience of working with high value prime London and regional properties and has developed niche expertise in acting for receivers in fast paced receivership sales in order to ensure that lenders can enforce charges registered against properties and realise their security.

His energetic approach enables him to deliver results in tight timeframes and achieve his clients’ objectives as efficiently as possible.
