Simon Gorham will chair an IPBA Employment & Immigration Law panel discussion in Tokyo

Employment Partner, Simon Gorham will be chairing an expert panel discussion at the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (‘IPBA’) Annual Conference in Tokyo between 24 – 27 April.

At the conference, Simon will be moderating a session on the following topic: “Cross-border business protections in the New World – global strategies to protect proprietary information from leaking to competitors when employees wander.” The session will cover global restrictive covenants and how businesses can protect confidential information and other business critical assets when employees leave their job, and discuss global trends on these topics.

The session will take place on 27 April, where Simon will be joined by senior employment lawyers, Chisako Takaya at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, Lesli Ligorner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, Cleber Venditti at Mattos Filho, James Peng at PW & Partners, and John Wilson at John Wilson Partners.
