Acting for a UK based landlord on the disposal of a portfolio of office, retail, warehouse and mixed-use premises (both in central London and across England) for over £110 million.
Acting for an overseas landlord on the letting of a major central London office building for an annual rent of over £2 million.
Acting for a family office tenant taking a flagship west end London office letting.
Acting for an overseas hotel client in the refinancing of its £40m UK bank loan arrangement.
Acting for a specialist developer in the purchase of a site in Oxfordshire, with planning for a high-quality housing development.
Acting for a UK based private client in the sale of a development site on the south coast for £15 million.
