Kim provides some insight into her experience working at the Firm over the last 13 years.

What is the Firm like socially?
Great fun! There is always something being arranged either by the Charities Committee or by individual departments to bring everyone together after a busy day. I have taken part in many pizza quiz nights and treasure hunts organised by the Charities Committee and in Private Client & Tax we have a Gin Club one Thursday evening a month where we take it in turns to supply gin and nibbles. I also completed the Three Peaks Challenge as part of the Boodle Hatfield team to raise money for our charity of the year. It was a thoroughly wet and miserable day when we did the challenge but we all completed it and had a great weekend.

What three words would you use to describe Boodle Hatfield?
Fun, professional, happy

What do you like about the Firm?
The family feel and how everyone gets along both inside and outside of working hours. Everyone is so friendly and open.

What are the most enjoyable aspects of your job?
I love the organisational aspects of being a PA such as diary management but also the team work and how we can have a giggle no matter how busy we all are.
