Thomas also has experience dealing with residential and mixed-use property development work, including site acquisition, options, conditional contracts, and development finance. His prior experience dealing with non-contentious construction matters has given him a strong basis for dealing with acquisition and sales of new-build properties, which he has particular expertise in.
