Genna has a diverse practice including advising in divorce, financial remedy proceedings, pre-nuptial agreements and children matters.

She has experience across all areas of family law and works closely with clients, colleagues and other professionals to achieve the best possible outcome for clients and their children in respect of their high net worth separation and associated issues.

Genna regularly advises clients in respect of their financial separation. She is experienced at assisting clients to secure a favourable settlement both through court-based financial remedy proceedings and on a consensual basis.

Genna has recently advised clients at a number of hearings (including those held remotely over the course of lockdown) at which terms of financial settlement were negotiated and agreed.
