Dennis is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate with particular expertise in development work having during his career worked on major development projects such as Allied London's Spinningfields and Westfield's Stratford City and latterly Scarborough's Middlewood Locks.

He also has substantial experience in the buying, developing and selling of super prime residential property having acted for a number of Middle Eastern clients in this field. He has a varied client base from property developers to ultra high net worth individuals.
