Mark Lindley speaks at the STEP Cayman conference

Tomorrow, Private Wealth Partner, Mark Lindley will join an expert panel for the STEP conference taking place at the Ritz-Carlton hotel, Cayman.

The conference explores a range of topical issues relevant to the trust industry with a particular focus on wealth structuring.

Mark will be joined by moderator Bernadette Carey, Carey Olsen and fellow panellists Monica Asher, McDermott Will & Emery and Daisy Boulter, Walkers to discuss the increasingly challenging issues caused by problematic trust provisions and structural vulnerabilities, and shed a light on the different types of relief and orders that can help ease stressed structures.
