Kyra Motley to present on the topic of “Protecting Legacies” at STEP Isle of Man

Private Wealth Partner, Kyra Motley been invited to present at a STEP Isle of Man event titled "Protecting Legacies: Options for structuring Family Businesses with Trusts", which will take place at the The Claremont Hotel on 16 February.
Kyra’s session will cover the issues that may arise for family businesses when structuring their succession planning and the role that trusts can play. She will reflect on the use of private trust company (PTC) as a structure for international businesses and the variety of mechanisms that can be built into these to accommodate the different wishes and dynamics of the founder and their family.
