On 29 November, Private Wealth Partner, Clare Stirzaker will be joining Family Business UK for their Governance Masterclass along with PWC’s Family Business Lead, Hannah Harris.
The masterclass is a comprehensive one day programme that will include multi-perspective panel discussions as well as expert guidance, real-life case studies shared by UK family businesses, practical workshops, peer-to-peer learning and networking. The day will focus on both family and corporate governance and will explore best practice, including drafting a first Family Constitution, codifying employment, shareholding guidelines, and starting your Family Council; along with taking steps to mitigate the risk of future conflicts, and providing clarity to the next and future generations.
