Sophie specialises in commercial property.

Sophie has extensive experience in providing cradle to grave advice to high net worth individuals, family offices and private capital entities on the acquisition, financing, asset management and disposal of property. She has advised on a broad spectrum of asset classes including offices (including in the shared space economy), industrial estates, healthcare, retail and agricultural.

Sophie advises landowners and developers on section 106 agreements, option agreements, promotion agreements, overage agreements, rights of light deeds, neighbourly agreements and deeds of easement. She regularly advises on the installation of telecommunications equipment and has a special interest in drones and other new technologies that will disrupt the built environment and provide opportunities for landowners.

Sophie is well-versed in advising occupiers as well, guiding them through the process of leasing retail and office space and has significant experience acting for specialist property lenders in connection with the deployment of capital secured by charge over a property asset.
