Rosie advises clients on a wide range of commercial disputes and art litigation.

Rosie is a member of the firm’s commercial disputes team, advising high net worth (HNW) individuals and companies on a wide range of commercial and art matters.

Commercial disputes

Rosie’s commercial litigation practice has most recently focussed on actions against company directors, professional negligence claims,  claims in conversion and advising and assisting creditors of companies in insolvency.

Rosie is also experienced in enforcing both domestic and overseas judgments in England and Wales.

Art litigation

As a member of the Firm’s leading art law team, Rosie has experience in advising on matters including title disputes and the recovery of artwork. Her expertise has been recognised in the media; she has had pieces published by The BBC, The Arts Newspaper and Arts Professional and has appeared on BBC Radio 4 to speak about emerging art law disputes.

Rosie is on the committee of PING, the next generation group of PAIAM (Professional Advisors to the International Art Market). She has completed a secondment with the Royal Academy of Arts and is an author of the Firm’s dedicated art law blog, Art Law & More.

She is also a member of the digital assets team and co-founded the Firm’s monthly NFT litigation round-up.

Acting for a high net worth individual in relation to his claim against multiple international defendants regarding a high value antiquity.

Acting for a landlord in its claim against a tenant who owed in excess of £100,000 in rent arrears.

Acting for a London estate in its application for judicial review of a planning decision made by the local authority.
