Property –Associate
We are looking for an individual c. 4PQE to join the Middle East side of our growing Residential team. Our Middle East team act for international Ultra High Net Worth individuals, families and companies looking to invest in high-end property in prime locations in UK. We also act for a large number of private banks providing lending over residential property including advising on the structure as well as the property due diligence.

This is an exciting role for an residential solicitor who is looking for a varied and fast paced role which will see them involved in all aspects of residential property transactions. Transaction values will be a mixture of second hand/new build properties typically up to £3 million, and high value second hand properties ranging between £5 million – £20 million. The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role and will be comfortable working with a high number of very fast paced, high value transactions.

PC&T – Associate (Probate)
We are currently recruiting for someone to join our Private Client and Tax department. In this role you will work as part of the probate team and focus on the administration of deceased estates. The successful candidate will undertake the full spectrum of estate administration work including dealing with estates with: high values and significant inheritance tax issues, claims for business property relief and agricultural property relief, non-UK domiciled deceased, international assets, heritage property and family businesses. We are looking for someone with experience in the administration of a variety of estates, advising PRs on tax issues and the application of inheritance tax reliefs and exemptions.

The individual in this role will also have responsibility managing a paralegal. The successful candidate will have plenty of relevant technical experience and will be comfortable working with a high number of very fast paced, high value transactions.
