Risk and Compliance Analyst
An exciting position is available for a Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team. In this varied role, responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) anti-money laundering checks; advising staff on the firm’s compliance policies and best practice; running and reviewing conflict checks; and assisting the Compliance Manager with ad hoc projects. The team work together closely to help ensure the firm complies with SRA and other relevant regulations, particularly in relation to new clients. The candidate will need to have previous experience in a risk and compliance role and excellent attention to detail.
Associate – Residential Property
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Residential team within the Property department. The role will primarily deal with a broad range of transactional work alongside property portfolio management matters across mixed use rural and urban portfolios. The candidate must be able to deal with buying, selling and financing for private clients. Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating documents as well as running a significant number of their own files. We are looking for a NQ or 1 year PQE with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines, a team player and strong communication skills.
