Desktop Support Analyst
We are currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our IT Department. The successful candidate will work with the wider IT team and work with external suppliers to ensure the efficient and effective use and performance of the firm’s IT systems. This role will cover 1st & 2nd line technical support of the firm’s users, as well as pick up calls escalated from the outsourced service desk or direct to the internal IT department. The Desktop Support Analyst is responsible for supporting a range of hardware and software, including desktop PCs, laptops, mobile phones, tablets, telephones and conferencing systems. The individual must have excellent understanding of how to support IT systems and have an analytical, logical approve to problem solving with strong communication skills.
