Residential Property Associate
We are currently recruiting for a Residential Property Associate to join our Residential Property team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high value residential property transactions in prime locations in the UK. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of residential property work including acquisitions, disposals and financing, as well as a broad range of transactional matters such as lettings, licences and deeds of variation. This is a great opportunity for someone c. 4 PQE looking for a varied and busy role.

Business Development Manager
There is an excellent opportunity to join our firm as a Business Development Manager, at an exciting time of growth and momentum as the firm moves into the next phase of our five-year strategy.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to play a key role in driving forward strategic BD initiatives across our Real Estate, Corporate, and Litigation teams.  This role will have a focus on sectors such as art & culture, hotels & leisure, the living sector, and luxury assets.

Working closely with Partners, fee earners, and our Marketing and Communications team, the candidate will identify new business opportunities, strengthen client and intermediary relationships, and deliver go-to-market strategies that support the firm’s continued success. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape our growth strategy, influence decision-making, and make a tangible impact at a pivotal point in our journey.
