Property – Associate
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Commercial and Estates teams within the Property department. We work with a wide range of family owned property investment companies, private development companies, UK and international family offices and landed estates.

We are looking for someone with around 2-3 years’ PQE to be in integral part of our team working on a wide range of landlord and tenant matters, and on development projects, investment sales and purchases, and property finance. In addition, in this varied role you will work closely with our Estates team servicing their clients on their urban and rural landed estates matters. This includes commercial leasing, change of use sales with development obligations, high value residential sales, mixed use developments and enfranchisement/87 Act work. Appropriate training will be given where necessary.

The ideal candidate will be confident in landlord and tenant work, in addition they will have either experience or a strong interest in being enfranchisement work. The chosen candidate will also have the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines, be a team player and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Business Development – Business Development Executive
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Business Development team as a Business Development Executive. The role will include supporting on pitching, awards and directory submissions, marketing collateral, client targeting and event management, as well as supporting other members of the BD & Marketing team. In this role you will have exposure to a cross-section of BD and marketing activities and will work with the BD team and others within the firm including partners and fee earners, across a number of varied projects. The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience of working in a professional services BD environment, preferably within a law firm, and will have an understanding and track record of delivering effective BD support, with the ability to build rapport easily with team members and fee earners.

Human Resources – HR Administrator
We are looking for someone to become part of our team of 5, providing comprehensive HR support and a high quality HR service to the business.  This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is keen to start and progress their career within HR in a small and friendly team.  You may have some office experience already or have experience working in a customer service role. In this role you will develop a broad basic knowledge of all aspects of HR and will build your knowledge and experience upon that.  You will be responsible for a wide range of HR administration tasks supporting the HR function and wider team.  You will also gain experience in a wide range of project work including graduate recruitment, budgeting as well as the ad hoc projects that come up each year.  Although you will work with each team member day to day, you will work very closely with one of the HR Business Partners as well as providing essential support to the HR Director. You do not need to have experience of working in a law firm or HR but you must have, an interest building a career in HR and an interest in developing your skills using HR systems.

PC&T and Family – Legal PA
We are currently recruiting for a Legal PA to support our Private Client and Tax and Family departments. In this role you will support the fee earners you report to by assisting in the management and execution of their day to day workload and will work closely with the Legal Document Production Secretaries and business support departments. We are looking for an individual with excellent administrative and communication skills and the ability to quickly build respect and trust with others.

Front of House – First Impression Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a First Impression Assistant to join our Front of House team on a 1 year fixed term contract basis. In this front facing role, you would need to provide clients and guests with a friendly and professional welcoming, answer the telephone and take meeting room booking enquiries to ensure the smooth operating of the firm. A First Impression Assistant also has a responsibility to ensure that their skill set is up to date and they are familiar with the firm’s departments, key personnel, clients, internal systems and procedures. The successful candidate will have a committed attitude to creating a memorable guest experience.
