PC&T – Senior Associate
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Private Client and Tax team. In this role you would need to have experience on providing advice on UK taxation, complex wealth holding and associated tax issues, particularly for non-UK domiciled clients and international families. We are looking for a PQE 5+ years with strong technical skills, a team player and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate would join the firm in a key role to work in a growing practice, where they would be expected to lead and supervise matters. The firm would support this individual with growth of business and practice.

PC&T – Associate
We are currently recruiting an Associate in our Private Client and Tax team. We are looking for a bright, motivated and enthusiastic Associate to join our friendly, busy and highly successful team. The successful candidate will advise on the full spectrum of tax planning for ultra-high net worth individuals and trustees, family offices, landed estates and family businesses. We are looking for an individual with a PQE of  3-5 years who is ambitious with a commitment to develop technical skills and the profile of the international team as a whole.

Associate, Landlord and Tenant
We are currently recruiting for an Associate in our Litigation department to support in both commercial and residential property litigation. The Litigation team is known for its expertise in commercial, property and art litigation and consists of 3 Partners and 7 Fee Earners. The successful candidate will encounter a wide range of litigation, including dealing with property disputes concerning breach of covenants, residential  service charge disputes, enfranchisement claims, dilapidations claims, telecommunications claims and more. The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 3 years PQE with wide experience of property litigation, a good team player by supporting colleagues in busy periods and confident in giving advice.

Residential Property Associate
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Residential team within the Property department.  The role will primarily deal with a broad range of transactional work alongside property portfolio management matters across mixed-use rural and urban portfolios. The candidate must be able to deal with buying, selling, and financing for private clients. Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating documents as well as running a significant number of their own files. We are looking for an NQ or 1-year PQE with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines, a team player, and strong communication skills.
