Associate – Commercial Property
We are currently recruiting an Associate to join our prestigious Property department in the Commercial team. This would be ideal for a recently qualified solicitor looking to further their career in Property law. The successful candidate will work across a variety of clients on a wide range of landlord and tenant issues, development projects, investment sales and purchases and property finance for both borrowers and lenders. The candidate will be an NQ or up to 2 years’ PQE, they will have experience of working on large-scale projects and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Paralegal – Residential Property
We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our growing Residential Property team. The successful individual will be providing administration support to the team. Our clients are generally long-established repeat clients based either in the UK or abroad purchasing high value properties both in and outside of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong interest in Property law and some residential experience.
Chartered Legal Executive – Commercial Property
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our prestigious Property Department. The role is ideal for someone with some Commercial Property experience who wants further their career in this area. Working as part of a well-established team and for a number of established and high profile urban estate clients and high net worth individuals, this will be an interesting and fast paced role. We welcome applications from candidates who are interested in, or already working towards, their CILEX qualification.
Associate – Commercial Litigation (14 month FTC)
We are currently recruiting an Associate in our Commercial Litigation team on a 14 month maternity cover contract. The Litigation team is known for its expertise in Commercial, Property and Art Litigation and consists of 3 Partners and 7 Fee Earners. The primary role will be to assist the team with Commercial Litigation and some Art Litigation. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; contractual disputes, corporate disputes, misrepresentation claims, professional negligence, cross border disputes, fraud and asset tracing. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years PQE, strong communication skills and excellent client handling skills.
PC&T – Senior Associate
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Private Client and Tax team. In this role you would need to have experience on providing advice on UK taxation, complex wealth holding and associated tax issues, particularly for non-UK domiciled clients and international families. We are looking for a PQE 5+ years with strong technical skills, a team player and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate would join the firm in a key role to work in a growing practice, where they would be expected to lead and supervise matters. The firm would support this individual with growth of business and practice.
PC&T – Associate
We are currently recruiting an Associate in our Private Client and Tax team. We are looking for a bright, motivated and enthusiastic Associate to join our friendly, busy and highly successful team. The successful candidate will advise on the full spectrum of tax planning for ultra-high net worth individuals and trustees, family offices, landed estates and family businesses. We are looking for an individual with a PQE of 3-5 years who is ambitious with a commitment to develop technical skills and the profile of the international team as a whole.
Residential Property – Associate
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Residential team within the Property department. The role will primarily deal with a broad range of transactional work alongside property portfolio management matters across mixed-use rural and urban portfolios. The candidate must be able to deal with buying, selling, and financing for private clients. Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating documents as well as running a significant number of their own files. We are looking for an NQ or 1-year PQE with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines, a team player, and strong communication skills.
