Senior Learning & Development Advisor
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Learning & Development professional to join our HR team. This is a newly created role that reflects the Firm’s ongoing commitment to growth, excellence, and continuous learning.
In this pivotal position, working as part of the HR Team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to shape and deliver our training strategy. You will be responsible for designing and/or coordinating innovative learning programmes that promote both personal and professional development. You will play a key role in everything from assessing training needs to overseeing the delivery of or delivering engaging sessions, whether led internally or by external providers.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar position (preferably in a law firm or professional services), experience with L&D systems, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a genuine passion for helping others to grow and succeed.
