Ruby is an Associate in the firm's Corporate team.

Ruby acts on a range of corporate and commercial matters including M&A, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and commercial contracts. She is also a member of the firm’s arts team, through which she has gained experience advising clients in the art sector on a variety of matters. She has a particular interest in non-fungible tokens and other digital assets.
