Real Estate Finance – Senior Associate

We have an opportunity for a Senior Associate to join the Firm’s Real Estate Finance practice (within our Corporate team). This is a leading role in advising a diverse client base, including family offices, private investors, developers, investment managers and specialist lenders, on complex and high-value financing transactions across the UK and internationally.

Working closely with our Corporate, Real Estate and Private Wealth teams, you will advise on acquisition, investment, development and refinancing matters, as well as sophisticated funding structures involving syndicated lending, mezzanine finance and multi-jurisdictional transactions.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Banking & Finance lawyer with at least 5 years’ PQE to take on significant responsibility, build strong client relationships and gain exposure to market-leading work within a collaborative, entrepreneurial and commercially focused environment.
