Pippa has a broad and dynamic family law practice, advising clients on divorce, financial remedy proceedings, nuptial agreements, and arrangements relating to children. Her work spans both financial and welfare aspects of family law, offering tailored guidance to individuals navigating complex and sensitive issues.

Pippa is experienced in advising clients on complex children matters including domestic and international relocation, disputes relating to child arrangements including disagreements between parents regarding schooling, medical treatment and safeguarding. She has a breadth of knowledge in challenging cases involving various forms of domestic violence and is well-versed in supporting clients whose families may have prior involvement with social services.

Her practice also covers complex cases involving children with serious mental health struggles (from a young age to adulthood) and neurodivergent children (including ASD and ADHD). Pippa also has experience in advising on surrogacy arrangements.

Alongside her experience advising on child arrangements, Pippa also advises clients regarding their separation whether that be from a relationship, cohabitation, divorce or dissolution of civil partnership. She has assisted on various cases involving complex financial proceedings and substantial asset bases. Her practice also extends to nuptial agreements and assisting in negotiating settlements (in or out of court proceedings) following relationship breakdowns. She regularly works on cases involving complex trust structures, family businesses and inheritance.

Pippa leads the firm’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion committee and has a passion for supporting clients with empathy and clarity, particularly during emotionally complex and challenging times.
