Celia is a Legal Director in the Litigation team who combines her background in leading City practices to offer clear, bespoke, advice with a strong sector focus.

She has worked with a wide range of clients across the creative, heritage, arts, museums, fashion, luxury, hospitality and charity sectors. Celia provides pragmatic advice on a wide range of issues including trade marks, passing off, copyright, commercial contracts, licensing, grants, governance, freedom of information, charity law, and specialist sector advice in relation to e.g. acquisitions, provenance, cultural property, and museum accreditation.

Having worked in Europe, Celia is active in UK Intellectual Property and Art Law circles through her Committee membership of the Competition Law Association and ongoing engagement with PAIAM, the Association of Art Lawyers and others.

She has also taught on the Intellectual Property Masters programme at Queen Mary University London, and was previously a member of the National Spoliation Working Group.
