Celia is a Legal Director in the Litigation team who combines her background in leading City practices to offer clear, bespoke advice with a strong sector focus.

She is an Intellectual Property specialist and has worked with a wide range of clients across the heritage, arts, fashion, luxury, hospitality and charity sectors. Celia advises on contentious and non-contentious IP, including trade marks, passing off and copyright. She also supports clients on wider issues including commercial contracts, licensing, grants, governance and specialist sector advice in relation to, for example, acquisitions, provenance, cultural property and museum accreditation.

Having worked in Europe, Celia has a strong international network and longstanding experience of cross-border work. She is also able to draw on her in-house experience to provide clear, pragmatic advice tailored to client needs.
