Katie O’Callaghan speaks at the 5th Family Business Disputes Forum 2025

Partner and Mediator, Katie O’Callaghan is a member of the advisory board of the TL4 Family Business Disputes Forum 2025 and will be speaking on their panel discussion focusing on 'Protecting Family Businesses in Divorce', taking place on 30 September at One Whitehall Place, London.

Katie’s session will explore how family businesses are treated in divorce proceedings, the role of pre-nuptial agreements in protecting corporate assets and strategies for navigating a divorce without destabilising a company.
