Clare Stirzaker, Emily Brand and Nicola Bushby to speak at TL4 HNW Private Client Advisory and Litigation Forum
Written by
Partners, Clare Stirzaker, Emily Brand and Nicola Bushby will be speaking at the 3rd Annual TL4 HNW Private Client Advisory and Litigation Forum in Versailles on 10-12 June.
Clare will be speaking on 10 June on a panel discussing ‘The Global Race for Philanthropic Capital’. She will be joined by Ed Powles (Maurice Turnor Gardner) and Joe Crome (Charities Aid Foundation) to explore how philanthropists are reacting and how different jurisdictions may respond to the cuts in US AID budgets, as well as potential future changes for non-profits internationally.
On 12 June, Emily and Nicola will then be joined by fellow speaker and hosts, Rupert Ticehurst (Maurice Turnor Gardner) for their panel. The session will examine the stigma surrounding stepmothers and the reasons behind their often negative societal perception, further exploring whether conflict with children from a first marriage is inevitable – drawing on insights from both a Family law and Private Wealth disputes perspective.
