Boodle Hatfield has announced a new partnership with the Young Vic, one of the UK's most innovative and acclaimed theatres.
As the first law firm to partner with the organisation for Nadia Fall’s new season, the collaboration reflects the firm’s commitment to supporting the arts, investing in local communities and creating meaningful social impact through its Responsible Business programme.
Located a short distance from the firm’s Bankside office, the Young Vic is internationally recognised for bold productions, creative excellence and extensive community work. Through the partnership, Boodle Hatfield will support the theatre’s artistic and community programmes, while giving colleagues, clients and professional contacts opportunities to engage with one of London’s leading cultural institutions.
At Boodle Hatfield, Responsible Business is about creating a positive impact beyond the legal services we provide. Our partnership with the Young Vic brings this ambition to life, supporting an organisation that champions creativity, inclusion and social impact and whose values closely align with our own.
Clare Stirzaker, Boodle Hatfield’s Charity Partner comments:
“We are delighted to be partnering with the Young Vic, a remarkable cultural institution that makes an important contribution to both our local community and London’s wider cultural landscape. Through this partnership, we look forward to supporting the theatre’s work while creating enriching opportunities for our colleagues, clients and professional contacts while helping champion the arts in our local community.”

About the Young Vic Theatre
Founded in 1970 as a ‘paperback theatre’ that made high quality plays affordable and accessible, the Young Vic has been one of London’s leading theatres for fifty years.
In our uniquely shape-shifting spaces, we give artists at every stage of their careers the freedom to take risks and interrogate power structures. We present ambitious new work, radical re-imaginings of classic texts and compelling international storytelling on our stages.
We are a directors’ theatre known for launching careers and investing in the future of our industry whilst collaborating with leading artists from around the globe.
Situated in the heart of Lambeth and Southwark, and in the communities that make these boroughs their home, the Young Vic is also a proudly local theatre. We bring together audiences from all walks of life creating a meeting place – a bridge between the local and the international, the mainstream and the anti-establishment, the young and the young in spirit.

The Young Vic’s work on stage, supporting emerging talent and in the local community is made possible with public funding from Arts Council England and the generosity of our philanthropic supporters, members, partners and trust & foundations. We are incredibly grateful for the continued support of all who make our work possible.
We thank Lambeth Council and Southwark Council for their ongoing support.
