We are delighted that Boodle Hatfield has been named ‘Contentious Trusts and Estates Team of the Year’ in the mid-size firm category at the STEP Private Client Awards.
Mark Lindley and James Woods-Davison collected the award at the ceremony on 18 September 2025 at the London Hilton on Park Lane. The firm was also shortlisted in the category of ‘Family Business Advisory Practice of the Year’.
The STEP Private Client Awards celebrate excellence across the private client sector, recognising outstanding solicitors, lawyers, accountants, barristers, bankers, trust managers and financial advisors. Judged by a distinguished panel of experts, the awards are based on genuine merit, innovation and impact.
This recognition highlights the strength, expertise and dedication of our Contentious Trusts and Estates team. It reflects our ability to combine strategic insight with a deep understanding of the complex and sensitive issues that often arise in trust and estate disputes.
Mark Lindley, Partner, commented:
“We are thrilled to receive this recognition from STEP. It reflects the exceptional work of our team and the trust our clients place in us during what are often very difficult and emotional circumstances. We are proud to stand out in such a competitive field and remain committed to delivering the highest level of service and advice.”
We extend our thanks to our clients and peers for their continued support and to the STEP judging panel. Congratulations to all of this year’s nominees and winners.
