Boodle Hatfield, the leading private wealth and real estate law firm, has revealed a new equal opportunity parental leave policy. The new policy is available to all employees and Partners across the firm and is believed to be a market first for an independent London law firm.

Boodle Hatfield, a leading private wealth and real estate law firm, continued its trajectory of profitable growth by announcing today that fee income during the 2022-23 financial year rose from £30.7m to £32.5m, reflecting a 5.8% year on year increase. These financial results come as the firm closes its 300th year in business – making this the best year on record.

Boodle Hatfield has strengthened its Private Client & Tax department with the appointment of new partner, Nicola Bushby. Nicola joins the firm’s top-tier Private Wealth Disputes team from Irwin Mitchell and her arrival consolidates the firm’s reputation as one of the leading practices for high value, complex wealth disputes in the London market.

The promotions are indicative of the firm’s continued investment in future talent and growth of its well-regarded Corporate, Private Client and Tax, Real Estate and Family teams. The newly promoted Senior Associates are; Fred Clark (Corporate); Katherine Worrall (Real Estate); Katie Male (Family); and Michael Duffy (Private Client & Tax).
