Jane acts for a number of commercial clients as well as landed estates and private individuals dealing with both commercial and high value residential landlord and tenant matters.

She is regularly instructed on sales and acquisitions across a range of price brackets and often under strict time pressure.

Jane also specialises in advising developers of commercial and mixed use projects and has a detailed understanding of the specific issues they face including rights of light, telecoms, planning documentation and financing arrangements.

Jane has a particular interest in sustainability and the ways in which both landlord and tenant can seek to reduce their carbon footprint. She has advised a number of parties in respect to green leases.
