Katherine specialises in commercial real estate.

Her practice encompasses a broad range of areas including disposals and acquisitions, property finance, developments and all elements of landlord and tenant work. Katherine acts for a diverse range of clients including landed estates, a number of family-owned property companies, a hotel owner operator and a major UK pension fund.

Katherine has particular experience working for owners of retail, warehouse and office asset portfolios, advising on all aspects within that sphere and working alongside clients, managing agents and other professional advisors with a view to maximising performance.
