Law firm Boodle Hatfield has
strengthened its banking and finance capabilities with the
appointment of partner James Dakin. James joined the firm on
Monday 16 January 2012 from Nabarro, where he was a partner in its
Banking Finance and Restructuring Group.
James acts for numerous lenders and
borrowers advising on property finance, acquisition finance, asset
based lending, general corporate lending, structured finance and
restructuring.
Commenting on his appointment James
