Jessica specialises in contentious trust and estate matters,
including challenges to the validity of wills, claims for breach of
trust, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and
Dependants) Act 1975 and applications to court for directions on
behalf of executors. She regularly advises trustees, executors and
beneficiaries involved in disputes and has experience in advising
on matters involving mental capacity issues and in making
applications to the Court of Protection.
