Our Landed Estate & Agriculture Team acts for some of the largest and oldest estates in the country and brings together invaluable expertise in the areas of property and trust and tax advice.
We advise clients from traditional landed estates with valuable art collections and large historic houses open to the public, to smaller rural family-owned properties, or wealthy individuals who are buying estates or farms for the first-time. Many of the clients also have offshore structures.
Our close involvement with the owners, trustees and agents of landed estates over the years has enabled us to develop an in-depth knowledge of the issues that face such clients.
