Office Services Assistant - Oxford

The prime responsibility in this role is to maintain the Oxford office reception and client areas as well as assisting the Office Services Executive (OSE) in the co-ordination of office services for the Oxford office.

You will be a strong team player who is able to provide excellent customer service on the phone and in person. A can do attitude and willingness to help are essential as it the need to take pride in delivering great service.

Your duties will include manning the reception area, booking meeting rooms and ensure meetings are supplied with the relevant refreshments and equipment. You will also be responsible for sorting incoming mail and outgoing mail as well as monitoring and maintaining the office supplies.
