Legal Secretary – Private Client & Tax Department, Oxford
This role provides an excellent opportunity for an efficient secretary with strong IT skills. The successful candidate will be able to produce high quality documentation and correspondence and demonstrate effective administrative skills to organise meetings, arrange appointments and maintain effective filing systems.
The candidate will be able to type quickly and accurately with a minimum 70wpm typing speed. They will communicate effectively with clients and staff at all levels and work effectively as a team member. They will use their own initiative and exercise reasonable judgement and discretion in prioritising workload.
The jobholder should be positive, approachable and professional. They should also be well-organised, flexible and work calmly under pressure. To be considered for this role; applicants will have previous legal experience together with a good general standard of education. Exposure to Private Client work would be advantageous.
