Property Department - 4 Year PQE

Development Investment and Finance Team, London

We are looking for an Assistant Solicitor to join our busy Development Investment and Finance Team, based in London. We require an ambitious and self-motivated individual to handle a significant caseload, including site assembly and landlord and tenant work on projects for developer clients.

Experience Required

Technically able Property Lawyer with the skills and expertise normally found in a Solicitor of around 4 year PQE
Experience must have been gained in a firm with strong property clientele
Technically able Property Development Lawyer
Experience will have been gained in either the London or regional office of a magic circle or leading Legal 500 Commercial Property firm with a strong development practice

Person Specification

2.1 degree or better
Good communication skills, including presenting at seminars
A commercial approach to providing clients with solutions
Confident in dealing with existing, highly valued clients
A proactive self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative
A strong team player
