Temporary Marketing Administrator, London
6 month contract, 21 hours per week
We are looking for a temporary marketing administrator to provide strong support to the marketing team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of communication and oganisational skills, and have a sound awareness of the standards required within a professional services environment and dealing with internal staff and external clients. They will be co-operative with a proactive, flexible and personable attitude. Previous marketing experience would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Diary Management for the Business Development Director and for business development activities to include arranging business developments meetings with partners and external parties
- Maintenance of the marketing database, which includes: Data entry and maintenance of contact information in the Marketing Database and extracting and developing contact lists/distribution lists
- Support to the Business Development Director on the preparation of data for the implementation of a new Marketing Database
- Events: Support to the Business Development team on the organisation of Marketing Events to include:
- Production of badges/name cards / information packs
- Organisation of bookings for internal meetings and liaison with catering
- Production/Distribution of internal flyers and newsletters
- To ensure that up to date flyers are maintained in reception, kitchen areas, on the intranet and internet
- Formatting the copy in flyers/newsletters using Quark
- Organisation of mail shots to include extracting and formatting the list from the database, production of labels and putting in envelopes
- General administration for the Business Development team to include typing correspondence, photocopying, arranging meetings, ordering stationery, filing, opening post and answering phone in team's absence
- Any other duties as required by the Business Development Director
