Boodle Hatfield lead London West End's largest corporate let
Boodle Hatfield has acted for Grosvenor Belgravia Investment Ltd and JER Partners on letting of Belgrave House, Victoria, to American Express – the largest corporate let in London's West End this year.
American Express has taken a total of 130,000 sq ft over four floors. Each floor is let under its own 15 year lease.
Simon Williams, a solicitor in Boodle Hatfield' s commercial property developments team, acted for Grosvenor and JER Partners.
Boodle Hatfield has also acted for Grosvenor in relation to all other lettings at Belgrave House including Vitol, Google, Rentokil and BAA.
