Three new partners at Boodle Hatfield

Boodle Hatfield has today announced the promotion of three solicitors to the partnership - Saskia Arthur, Geoffrey Todd and Andrew Wilmot-Smith.

Saskia Arthur, who joined the firm in 2003, specialises in residential and commercial property. Geoffrey Todd, who joined in 2002, specialises in UK and international tax and financial planning for both individuals and trustees. Andrew Wilmot-Smith, who joined the firm in 2003, specialises in commercial property.

The promotions will take effect from 1 May 2006. On the same date partners Simon Fitzpatrick, Caroline King and Karen Mason will become full equity partners.

Nick Temple, Boodle Hatfield' s Chief Executive said of the promotions: "Saskia, Geoffrey and Andrew have all played a tremendous role in building up their practice areas and delivering a first class service to their clients. Their appointments are also a sign of the continued growth that we are seeing in two of the Firm' s core areas - property and private client. Our growth in property is also demonstrated by the promotion to full equity partner of Caroline and Karen. Both have worked with some of the Firm' s key property clients for a number of years and their promotion is a reflection of their outstanding commitment to those clients. Simon' s leadership and excellent legal skills have been key to the development of the Firm' s Litigation department in recent years. We congratulate them all on their achievement and we look forward to the continuing role they will play at Boodle Hatfield."
