Commercial Tax Department - London
Due to ongoing expansion we are looking for an assistant solicitor to join our Commercial Tax department. The commercial tax team plays a key role in supporting the firm's property, corporate and employment teams. The team also provide stand-alone tax structuring advice with business solutions that are sensitive to clients commercial realities as well as top quality technical advice.
The successful candidate will have experience within commercial tax, particularly the property tax field. Applicants should demonstrate a good working knowledge of stand-alone SDLT and VAT queries and also structuring issues regarding partnerships, funds, trusts and corporates. They will also have a good awareness of commercial issues.
Experience in a London or significant international/regional firm is essential for this position. This post requires the skills and expertise usually found in someone of around 2 years PQE.
